Bagels with only 3 ingredients ( Prepare Breakfast with Me)

Have you heard of the famous breads called Bagels? Today we do them together. They are extremely simple and have only 3 ingredients. It is the ideal recipe for the days when you feel like hot bread at home. Let's have breakfast together. Bagels with avocado and poached egg one of my favorite breakfasts. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     For Bagels you need: A cup of flour 3 generous tablespoons of yogurt (any kind, can also be Greek yogurt) a teaspoon of baking powder a pinch of salt grease them with beaten egg sprinkle seeds on top   Mix all the ingredients: flour, yogurt, baking powder and the salt. We get a dough that we divide into 4. We make the shape of bread. Grease with egg and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. (depending on taste). Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. We can enjoy them simple or prepare breakfast with them. I cut an avocado, made a poached egg and decorated it with cherry tomatoes.   Good appetite! Vegetables Cream Soup (best recipe)

Because it is warm and beautiful outside and we have fresh and good vegetables, I suggest you make this vegetable cream soup together. I love it! I like that it is an extremely easy recipe and I prepare it every time I feel like soup. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     We will need: a bell pepper 3 medium potatoes / 2 larger potatoes 2 carrots a parsnip a piece of celery an onion parsley for garnish 200 ml cooking cream salt pepper hot / sweet paprika oil bread for croutons   The first time we will clean and cut all the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion, put it in a frying pan with a little oil. Then add the vegetables. Let them harden a little. Add enough water to cover them. Let it boil for 30-40 minutes. After the vegetables have boiled, season to taste with salt, pepper and hot or sweet paprika. Mix well. Chop the vegetables with the vertical mixer. Add the cooking cream and mix well. You need: 300 g of sugar 30 ml of water 300 g milk powder 50 g of cocoa 150 g butter nuts / cashews to taste   Melt the sugar with water. When the sugar starts to bubble we add the butter. Meanwhile, mix the powdered milk with the cocoa. After the butter has melted, add the powdered milk and mix well, then add the walnuts. Put in a form, leave to cool until it hardens. Galette with Chocolate and Strawberries

  Whether it's still strawberry season or there are always a few in the freezer, I suggest we make this tart together! Super delicious and very quick to prepare! If you want to surprise your loved ones with something good, this is the right recipe!             For two Galettes you need:   200 g flour 30 g cocoa 90 g cold butter 3 tablespoons cold water 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g raspberries (fresh or frozen) 30 g sugar 200 g chocolate (dark / milk) an egg for anointing a tablespoon of cornstarch if we use frozen fruit     Mix the flour with the cocoa, cold butter, water and a tablespoon of sugar. We get a dough that we leave cold for 30 minutes.   If we use frozen fruits, we mix them with cornstarch, but first we drain them well of the juice. We cut the chocolate into pieces. Remove the dough from the cold, cut it in half and give it a circular shape. Base on chocolate, add fruit. We bend the edges. Grease them with egg and sprinkle sugar on the edges and fruits.   Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish to taste and enjoy! Good appetite! Salmon in white sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach

An extremely delicious and fast romantic dinner! This week I suggest you make Salmon together in white sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and fresh basil. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   You need: 2 pieces of salmon 200 g of frozen / fresh spinach 150 g of dry wheels 200 ml cooking cream 3-4 cloves of garlic a white onion fresh basil 30 g of parmesan 300 ml of dry / semi-dry white wine salt pepper olive oil     Season the salmon pieces, grease them with olive oil and let them rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, put them in the pan and fry on one side and on the other. Then we put it aside. Put a little olive oil in the same pan and add the chopped onion. We let it harden. After it hardens, add the garlic and wine. Let the onions boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the cooking cream. Add the spinach, chop the sun-dried tomatoes and toss them in the pan.
