Pasta with ricotta and spinach in baked tomato sauce. Pasta seems to me an extremely romantic dish and if not during this period, when is it more appropriate to surprise your loved ones with something good to eat? I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   You need: 500 g of pacheri / cannelloni pasta or any other type of pasta that can be filled 500 g Ricotta cheese 450 g frozen / fresh spinach 2 eggs 400 ml tomato sauce 40 g parmesan 4-5 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil salt pepper basil / oregano     We boil the pasta according to the instructions (they must be aldente).
