Tortilla Recipes (Pizza Bites and Triangles with Vegetables and Cheese)

Hello, dear ones! I'm glad to see you again this week at "Wednesday's Recipe!" This time in the main role we have "Tortilla", I propose two extremely easy recipes with tortilla perfect for movie night! We will make together: Pizza Bites, they are ready in 15 minutes (it's the perfect option when you don't want to wait an hour for your pizza order) and Triangles with Vegetables and Cheese (for vegetarians like me). Here is the filmed recipe, and below I write all the details. For Pizza Bites we will need: 3 Tortillas 12 slices of cheese 12 cheese sticks grated cheese tomato sauce Cut each Tortilla into 4. Then grease each triangle with tomato sauce, put a cheese stick, a slice of salami and wrap like a baby. We do this with all 12 pieces. We put them in a round tray to get the shape of Pizza. Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees, until the cheese melts. Yummy. Then you can serve them! Yes, it's that easy! For Vegetable and Cheese Triangles we will need: 3 tortillas 250 grams of mushrooms (fresh / canned ) a carrot a red pepper an onion Season with: 2 tablespoons oil a tablespoon of paprika a teaspoon of cumin a teaspoon of granulated garlic salt pepper a tablespoon of lemon juice We prepare the sauce for the marinade. Chinese Vegetables with Red Rice

Hello dear ones, I am glad to see you again in a wonderful new week at "Wednesday's Recipe". Today I suggest you make Chinese style vegetables with red rice together. Here is the video with the recipe, and below I wrote all the details. Enjoy! We will need: 250 grams of rice (I used red rice, but you can use any kind of rice you want) A broccoli Two carrots A red pepper 250 grams of wild mushrooms ( you can also use Champignon or canned mushrooms) A Red Onion 100 ml of water For the sauce we will use: 3 cloves of garlic 3 cm of ginger root 3 teaspoons sesame 30 ml of soy sauce A tablespoon of rice vinegar 3 tablespoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons cornstarch First we put the rice to boil. We boil the rice according to the instructions on the box. (cooking time depends on the type of rice). Then put the 100 ml Broccoli in the pan, cover it and leave it to cook. Meanwhile, cut all the vegetables. I make the carrot strip, the pepper sticks, and the onion slices. Then we put the broccoli on the edge of the pan and make the sauce. This week we arrive on Cote D’Azur. A wonderful place! One of the most desired destinations where refinement and luxury are in the house. Nice is a city with a regal and precious vibe, a place where you can enjoy some beautiful beaches and an amazing color of the water. Blue, blue, blue! This is a place full of culture. Large boulevards, gardens, parks, palm trees, bohemian air, it is a place where you always feel like in a perfect vacation. Here you find a lot of good restaurants where your taste will be in “the seventh heaven”. I told you earlier that here is a lot of culture, you can enjoy: the Matisse museum, the contemporary art museum and museum Massena. Also, just walking around the city the architecture and the buildings will introduce you in a special atmosphere. It is a place where a lot of artists found their inspiration, even more the kings and their queens were coming to Nice for vacation. The scenery here is just amazing. The advantage of this beautiful place is that from here you can reach some other jewelry: Monaco and Cannes. This week we are going back to America, on the West Coast, to be more specific in an wonderful city named San Francisco. I have to confess that this is one of my favourite city in America. Why? Maybe because is not similar with other big and famous cities from there. It has something special, a special air. It reminds me of Europe. I love Europe! But, now I write about this piece of heaven from America. San Francisco is pretty similar with the beautiful sea side cities from Italy, it gives to you a very cozy feeling, it is stylish and coquette. At least, this is how I felt it. We were so lucky! The weather was so nice, sunny, sunny and again sunny! Just lovely! Even though it is sunny, you have to pay attention to the temperatures. Because of the winds sometimes is pretty chili and in the evening is really cold, I felt it. If you were looking at the other tourists to see what you were supposed to wear you’ll never find out the truth, because some of them had shorts and t-shirts and others had coats and hats. So, my advice for you is to take a warmer coat with you, so you can enjoy the beauty of this city. What we have done and loved in this city. First stop was at Golden Gate Bridge.
