Lentil Cream Soup

Hello dears, This is the perfect time for a delicious soup! Today I propose to make Lentil Cream Soup together. A recipe with few ingredients, which is prepared quickly and is super delicious! I leave the filmed recipe here, and below you have all the details.       You need: 250 g of red lentils 1/2 lemon juice 3-4 cloves of garlic a potato a carrot an onion parsley 3 tablespoons of olive oil salt pepper 1 teaspoon of cumin (if you don't like it you don't have to put it) 1.5 l of water/vegetable stock/vegetable juice we serve it with flat bread or croutons We wash the lentils in some water. Chop the onion and sauté it in the olive oil. Add the diced potato and the grated carrot. Then add the garlic and lentils and leave for another minute. Add the hot water over the lentils and let everything boil for 30 minutes. While boiling, add salt, pepper and cumin. After the 30 minutes, we use the vertical mixer to chop all the vegetables. add the lemon juice and mix. (if you like it more sour, you can add more lemon juice). Serve it with greens and croutons. We have just returned from Greece and we already miss it so much, so I come to you with this extremely delicious recipe! Vegetarian nutmeg, simply delicious! It is perfect if you have a party at home and you need something to impress your loved ones. We will get about 8-10 servings. I leave the filming here, and below I leave all the details. You need: 2 sweet potatoes 2 medium potatoes (4 small) 300 g cheese / mozzarella a red onion 3-4 cloves of garlic a bunch of parsley 400 g of wild mushrooms (you can use any kind of mushrooms) h alf a glass of red lentils 200 ml of dry / semi-dry red wine 300 ml of tomato sauce 150 g of broth salt pepper two teaspoons of cinnamon rosemary sweet paprika oil Rinse the lentils and boil them. Let's prepare a Frittata, just as delicious both cold and hot. Sounds fancy, but know that it's very easy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: a red onion a red pepper 200 g cherry tomatoes 200g spinach 50 g calamta olives 6 eggs 200 g cheese (feta / mozzarella / salted cheese) / any kind of cheese you want salt pepper olive oil   Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan, sauté the onion, then add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Peel and chop the onion, put it in a frying pan with a little oil. Then add the vegetables. Let them harden a little. Add enough water to cover them. Let it boil for 30-40 minutes. I feel the need to consume it a few times a week firstly because I love its taste and secondly because it is very healthy. After all, it's just vegetables, so what could be wrong?   Here is the recipe filmed and written below:     For 4.5 l of soup. We will need: 3.5 l of water 4 potatoes a quarter of an average celery a parsnip 3 carrots an onion a pepper salt pepper oil 330 ml of tomato juice 200 ml tomato sauce 450 ml of borscht greenery (parsley) optional: vegetable made by mother (canned vegetables) optional: noodles   First, we put the water in the pot and boil it.
