Hello dear ones! This week I suggest you make a recipe that works perfectly for family breakfast or weekend brunch or as a snack whenever we are hungry. Let's prepare a Frittata, just as delicious both cold and hot. Sounds fancy, but know that it's very easy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: a red onion a red pepper 200 g cherry tomatoes 200g spinach 50 g calamta olives 6 eggs 200 g cheese (feta / mozzarella / salted cheese) / any kind of cheese you want salt pepper olive oil   Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan, sauté the onion, then add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. After the vegetables are done, season with salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the olives and crush the cheese. Mix well and put the vegetable mixture in the pan.
