Hello dear ones and welcome on Wednesday's recipe! This week I suggest you to make Vegetable Soup together! I'm a big soup fan and I hope so are you. I feel the need to consume it a few times a week firstly because I love its taste and secondly because it is very healthy. After all, it's just vegetables, so what could be wrong? Here is the recipe filmed and written below: For 4.5 l of soup. We will need: 3.5 l of water 4 potatoes a quarter of an average celery a parsnip 3 carrots an onion a pepper salt pepper oil 330 ml of tomato juice 200 ml tomato sauce 450 ml of borscht greenery (parsley) optional: vegetable made by mother (canned vegetables) optional: noodles First, we put the water in the pot and boil it.
