Raw vegan Chocolate Truffles

I have to admit that this is my favorite recipe for refined sugar-free chocolates! Of all the tried and tested options, this one is the one that satisfies me! When I have a craving for sweets, but I want to avoid refined sugar, I make these truffles that taste like chocolate and are extremely delicious! They are ready extremely fast, they are vegan, and I love them! I hope you like it too! I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details:   You need: 100 g cashews 15 dates 60 g cocoa 30 g melted coconut butter 30 g peanut butter a pinch of salt a drop of vanilla essence coconut flakes (optional for rolling the truffles)   Put the cashew in a blender and chop it, and then transfer to a bowl. We remove the seeds from the dates and chop them as well. Add them to the bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Then we form some balls that we give through cocoa powder or coconut flakes. Healthy Lava Cake

Who says you can't eat something absolutely delicious and healthy? I promise you will fall in love with this dessert that has no refined sugar at all! For periods when you want to give up processed sugar. It is made extremely simple and has only good ingredients for you. Dessert for breakfast or whenever you feel like it! I leave here the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For 2 servings you need: a banana a cup of oatmeal 240 ml of cashew milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds a teaspoon of baking powder a pinch of salt a tablespoon of cocoa 4 pieces of sugar-free / dark chocolate (with as much cocoa as possible) For decoration: honey fruits   Grind the oatmeal in a blender to obtain an oatmeal. We put in the blender all the mentioned ingredients except the chocolate. We put the composition obtained in the lava cake dishes. Put chocolate on top. we cover it with a little composition.
