Hello dear ones, I'm glad to see you again for a new recipe from the Christmas Edition. Today I reveal the simplest biscuit recipe. I'm ready quickly, and the whole process requires a lot of creativity and fun. They are extremely delicious, they melt in your mouth, but they are also crunchy, and the aroma of vanilla butter blends perfectly. I go for a drink with a cup of milk or tea. We will need: For the dough: 200 g of butter 200 g of sugar 800 g of flour 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla essence We will decorate them with: Candies (Sprinkles) White / dark chocolate Royal Icing   Mix the butter with the sugar with the mixer until the sugar melts in the butter. (the butter must not be too cold, if you take it out of the fridge 5 times before it's okay). Add the eggs, one at a time. Then add the flour little by little. Then we add the vanilla essence. The dough will be crumbly at first, but it will start to bind when it is kneaded by hand / Knead it a little more, and then section it, spread it and leave it to cool for 20 minutes. Brownies Christmas Trees/ Christmas Edition

Hello dear ones, see you at a new recipe from the Christmas edition.   Today I suggest you to make together some gorgeous Christmas trees perfect for the Christmas table. The recipe is simple, delicious and full of chocolate. Yes! It's a kind of brownie, but it's a new recipe, I know we have another one on the blog, but every time I try to come up with something new. I hope this recipe makes your holidays more beautiful.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   We will need: 150 g of unsalted butter 250 g dark chocolate 3 eggs 200 g of sugar 120 g of flour baking powder a pinch of salt For decoration we will need: One egg white 300 g of powdered sugar Sprinkles     Melt the butter and chocolate, add the sugar over it. We wait for the sugar to melt as well. Let it cool a bit, then incorporate the eggs one by one. Incorporate the flour in the rain, add the salt powder and baking powder. This is the composition, we pour it into a round tray. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Meanwhile, prepare the cream for garnish. Home Made Pretzels (Romanian ones) /Christmas Edition

Hello dear ones, during this period we will see each other more and more often because I want to share some Christmas recipes with you and I hope with all my heart that you will like them and try them.   Today we will make a kind of Pretzel, a traditional one in Romania. The recipe that my mother made for me as a child and that she still makes today every Christmas. It is an extremely simple and quick recipe, we do not leave the dough to rise, so we finish the whole thing in a maximum of 30 minutes.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For 5 trays of Pretzels we will need: 300 g of salted cheese 150 g of butter 200 g of yogurt an egg flour (at least 500 grams of flour) Grease them with a beaten egg Garnish with cumin / sesame / poppy seeds     All we have to do is put the aforementioned ingredients in a bowl and mix them, knead the dough until all the ingredients are incorporated. Then we cut it into pieces so we can spread the sheet, make the sticks, grease them with egg, decorate them as you like. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
