Sweets Platter
Hello dears, We continue the festive edition with this tray of sweets which I think is an extraordinary idea not only for the holidays, but for all holidays or when we want to surprise someone with something super delicious. I mention that it can hold the place of the cake, its impact is a grand one and no one can go wrong with it. I'll leave you the filmed recipe here, and below I'll leave you all the details. For this candy tray you need: At least 10 assortments of cakes, sweets and fruits, depending on how big or small you want it, choose the weight of the cakes If we make it half a kg, we take 150 g of each variety. Note that you need double the amount of cookies for the base. I used it like this: For the base: Negressa and biscuit salami The base is glued to the plate with dark/dark chocolate, I used white. (100g of chocolate) I put over the base: macarons marshmallows homemade dark and white chocolate raffaello candies heart shaped candies ferrero rocher candies macaroons raspberry cranberries blueberries strawberries You need whipped cream (we will apply it in 4 parts of the sweets crown and put cookies on it) At the end, we decorate with the melted chocolate left over from the base.
