Below I leave you the filmed recipe for our salad and all the details.   You need: 200 g tomatoes 150 g cucumber 100 feta cheese 30 g acclaimed pitted olives 1/2 red onion 1/2 lemon juice a teaspoon of dried / fresh oregano salt pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil Optionally you can add bell peppers (the original recipe does not contain)   Cut the ingredients mentioned above and place in a bowl. Vegetarian Moussaka

We have just returned from Greece and we already miss it so much, so I come to you with this extremely delicious recipe! Vegetarian nutmeg, simply delicious! It is perfect if you have a party at home and you need something to impress your loved ones. We will get about 8-10 servings. I leave the filming here, and below I leave all the details. You need: 2 sweet potatoes 2 medium potatoes (4 small) 300 g cheese / mozzarella a red onion 3-4 cloves of garlic a bunch of parsley 400 g of wild mushrooms (you can use any kind of mushrooms) h alf a glass of red lentils 200 ml of dry / semi-dry red wine 300 ml of tomato sauce 150 g of broth salt pepper two teaspoons of cinnamon rosemary sweet paprika oil Rinse the lentils and boil them. Peel and slice the potatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After the lentils have boiled, drain the water and set it aside. Chop the red onion and put it to harden. Season to taste with salt, pepper, rosemary and paprika. Chop the parsley and add it over the onion. Put 30 ml of water in the pan.
