Burrata and Baked Pepper Salad (The simplest and most delicious salad) / Ready in 5 minutes

Hello dears, As you decided on instagram, this week we come to the YouTube channel with a new salad recipe. An extremely delicious salad! I don't know how to persuade you to try it, but I can guarantee you that your taste buds will dance. Another white dot for this recipe is that it is made extremely quickly.   I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.   For a salad you need: 4 medium capsicum peppers or 8 small colored peppers a burrata cheese fresh basil two tablespoons of olive oil a drop of balsamic vinegar salt Red pepper a handful of  nuts   First we put the baked peppers in the oven. Grease them with salt, pepper and olive oil and leave them in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. If you do this step in advance, the salad assembly will only take 2 minutes. Break the Burrata and arrange it between the peppers. Season with salt, pepper and add olive oil and a pinch of vinegar. Cut a few fresh basil leaves and garnish the salad. Mediteranean Frittata

Hello dear ones! This week I suggest you make a recipe that works perfectly for family breakfast or weekend brunch or as a snack whenever we are hungry. Let's prepare a Frittata, just as delicious both cold and hot. Sounds fancy, but know that it's very easy. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   You need: a red onion a red pepper 200 g cherry tomatoes 200g spinach 50 g calamta olives 6 eggs 200 g cheese (feta / mozzarella / salted cheese) / any kind of cheese you want salt pepper olive oil   Put a tablespoon of oil in the pan, sauté the onion, then add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. After the vegetables are done, season with salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the olives and crush the cheese. Mix well and put the vegetable mixture in the pan. Quiche with Spinach and Mushrooms

I love this recipe! The easy option for an extremely delicious Breakfast or Bruch! If you have friends visiting, believe me it's the perfect recipe to pamper your friends. Let's make Quiche with Spinach and Mushrooms together!       For the Dough we will need: 200 g flour 90 g cold butter 2-3 tablespoons of cold water 1 teaspoon salt an egg yolk     Filling: an onion 250 g mushrooms 200 g spinach 3 eggs 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt 250 g cheese (of which you want)     First we make the dough. Mix the flour with the salt. Add cold butter and egg yolk. We will get a crumbly dough. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cold water. After we get the dough, let it cool for 30 minutes. Then we spread it out and put it in the tray. Put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (preheat the oven). You can put beans on it to make sure it doesn't grow.   Meanwhile, fry the onion with the mushrooms and spinach in a pan. We beat the eggs with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. I didn't add salt because I used a salted cheese. After removing the dough from the oven, add the mushrooms and spinach, cheese and eggs. Stir lightly directly into the pan and you're done! Home Made Pretzels (Romanian ones) /Christmas Edition

Hello dear ones, during this period we will see each other more and more often because I want to share some Christmas recipes with you and I hope with all my heart that you will like them and try them.   Today we will make a kind of Pretzel, a traditional one in Romania. The recipe that my mother made for me as a child and that she still makes today every Christmas. It is an extremely simple and quick recipe, we do not leave the dough to rise, so we finish the whole thing in a maximum of 30 minutes.   Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For 5 trays of Pretzels we will need: 300 g of salted cheese 150 g of butter 200 g of yogurt an egg flour (at least 500 grams of flour) Grease them with a beaten egg Garnish with cumin / sesame / poppy seeds     All we have to do is put the aforementioned ingredients in a bowl and mix them, knead the dough until all the ingredients are incorporated. Then we cut it into pieces so we can spread the sheet, make the sticks, grease them with egg, decorate them as you like. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees. Layered polenta with cheese

What could be better than a layered polenta with cheese and eggs? Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.   For 4 servings we will need 250 grams of Corn Flour 1l of milk 200 g of cream 100 g butter 250 g of cheese 100 g of cheese 4 eggs a pinch of salt parsley for garnish   First, we boil the milk, when the milk boils we add the cream, then the corn Flour. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. After boiling the polenta, put half the amount in a tray, preferably round, put a layer of butter and cheese. We put the other half of the polenta, we make 4 recesses where the eggs will come from. Put the cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the tray, add the eggs and leave in the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the eggs are done. That's all!
