Somon en croute ( Christmas Recipes)
An extremely simple, tasty and good-looking recipe.
I am sure you will impress your guests with it and it should not be missing from the holiday table.
Crusted salmon can be served hot or cold, as desired.

You need:
- a sheet of puff pastry
- 750 g salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g fresh / frozen spinach (thawed)
- 50 g parmesan
- salt pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a tablespoon of butter
- an egg (to grease the dough)
In a pan put the butter with the garlic cloves, after a minute add the spinach, salt, pepper to taste and let it drop.
We cut the puff pastry sheet in half. Put the cream cheese in the middle of half.
When the spinach is ready, put it over it, then add the fish.
Put the other puff pastry on top. Grease with egg, cut to give a desired pattern and powder with parmesan.
Leave in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
