Layered polenta with cheese

Hello dear ones,

I’m glad to see you again this week at Wednesday’s Recipe. I propose a recipe that I am convinced will be loved by everyone: Princely polenta, a combination of flavors and tastes.

What could be better than a layered polenta with cheese and eggs?

Here is the filmed recipe, and below I give you all the details.

 

For 4 servings we will need

  • 250 grams of Corn Flour
  • 1l of milk
  • 200 g of cream
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g of cheese
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • parsley for garnish

 

First, we boil the milk, when the milk boils we add the cream, then the corn Flour. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. After boiling the polenta, put half the amount in a tray, preferably round, put a layer of butter and cheese. We put the other half of the polenta, we make 4 recesses where the eggs will come from. Put the cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove the tray, add the eggs and leave in the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the eggs are done. That’s all! So simple and so tasty!
