Walking through Las Vegas

This week we find ourselves on the American continent traveling to the west coast. We land in Las Vegas.

This is the ideal place for having fun, for dancing, visiting or trying your luck in a casino.

Las Vegas is an eccentric place where there is no sleep, where every body is full of positive energy. You come here to have fun, to relax and in the same time you may have the chance of going to one of your favorite artist’s concert. Because when we are talking entertainment Las Vegas outranks any other place.

What we have done, what we have seen and loved in Vegas.

1. The Bellagio fountains are marvelous. More than 1000 fountains that shoot the water almost 140 m high are really impressive. They are even more beautiful completed by a sound background that introduces you in a wonderworld of dreams. This spectacle of lights and music attend to run every half hour during the day and every 15 minutes at night. In Vegas you have a lot of reasons to walk around the hotels because they have famous restaurants, or malls with big brands, casinos, parties, concerts and shows. So, it will be very difficult for you to get bored.
2. The best thing about Vegas is that you can visit the whole world without leaving Vegas. If you walk around sightseeing on the streets you may find yourself in front of The Eiffel Tower, The Statue Of Liberty, or you can ride a gondola just like in Venice and feel the real taste of Italy in Caesar Palace and you can also admire the Egyptian pyramids. Las Vegas is full of colors and lights and attractions and that`s why sometimes you don`t know where to start.
3. On your to do list when in Vegas is visiting the famous sign „Welcome to Las Vegas”. If you don`t take a photo there, it`s like you have never been in Vegas.
   
4. Of course, one of the main activities in this town that never sleeps is gambling. Just when I landed in Vegas, I was shocked to see that even in the airport you can find slot machines and casinos. Later on, arrived at the hotel, I saw that they had them there too. They are everywhere. Slowly, I came to realize that it was not just a myth and the fame of the casinos is for real because no matter what, you find them all over the place and you get tempted to try your luck. One of the most famous ones is Caesar Palace.
5. After you got very lucky in the casino it`s time for you to party. There are lots of clubs and bars so you won`t lack fun. If you want to add more spice to your trip you can rent a limousine that will drive you around town and of course the music and the champagne won`t be missing. It was a very fun and pleasant experience in tune with the blissfulness of the city. After this, we went from one club to another where you get a lot of beverage discounts, for example, a shot generally costs around 1 dollar and this helps in having a great time. In the streets of Las Vegas, you will meet many movie characters and lots of the extravagance of people. We also went at the Old Vegas, where the most exciting experience was crossing the old town on a zip line.
6. This place offers you a variety of possibilities. We very much enjoyed going to the Cirque du Soleil. That was one memorable evening with an incredible performance. It was wonderful! If you are lucky enough you can get discount tickets for this show from the hotels, because they have many offers. We chose to watch the show „Ka” cause they don`t tour with this show because of the complexity of the scenography, so the only chance you got if you want to see it is in Vegas. I advise you to go and see one of their shows when you are going at the circus. It will be a unique experience. It got me blown away the fact that every show has it`s own souvenir shop with a lot of beautiful things related to the actual show. Also, if the circus is not your thing, you can check on the future concerts that will take place in the same time with your stay. Many famous artists have concerts in Las Vegas.
7. Reach the top of the Stratosphere! If you want to admire Vegas from above and enjoy it`s beautiful lights, go up high as 350 meters. It`s the ideal place. The entry ticket costs 20$ but the hotel clients get a discount and pay only 11$. It`s another experience you can`t forget.
8. As well as about restaurants, there`s nothing you can wish that Vegas doesn`t have. I enjoyed very much The Bubba Gump Shrimp & Co restaurant which is inspired from one of my favorite movies, Forest Gump. But you can choose from luxurious restaurants to fast food depending on what you feel like eating.
9. If you care for shops, malls, brands and souvenirs, there`s no use in saying that you can find anything you can dream of.

Well, that`s about all with Vegas. We`ve enjoyed it and we had fun. It`s the ideal place for one day weddings, for parties with friends or for family trips. There are high quality services and the prices aren`t inaccessible. Have fun!
