Shrimp in red sauce
Hello dear ones, This week I am coming to you with this absolutely delicious recipe!
It is “stolen” from Italy. It’s extremely simple.
I say it’s the perfect recipe for a romantic dinner, I recommend serving it with bread baked with olive oil and a glass of white wine.

You need:
- 700g peeled shrimp
- 8 tablespoons broth
- an onion
- a bunch of parsley
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml dry / semi-dry white wine
- salt
- pepper
Serve with bread baked with olive oil
Chop the onion and temper it. After the onion has softened, add the garlic. After 2 minutes, add the broth and wine. after mixing well and obtaining the sauce, add the shrimp and let them cook. About 3 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper to taste. At the end we put the chopped parsley. Leave for another minute for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, bake the bread with a little olive oil.
Serve and garnish to taste!
