For this candy tray you need: At least 10 assortments of cakes, sweets and fruits, depending on how big or small you want it, choose the weight of the cakes If we make it half a kg, we take 150 g of each variety. Note that you need double the amount of cookies for the base. I used it like this: For the base: Negressa and biscuit salami The base is glued to the plate with dark/dark chocolate, I used white.
