Vegetable Soup ( Granny’s Secret Recipe)

Hello dear ones and welcome on Wednesday's recipe! This week I suggest you to make Vegetable Soup together! I'm a big soup fan and I hope so are you. I feel the need to consume it a few times a week firstly because I love its taste and secondly because it is very healthy. After all, it's just vegetables, so what could be wrong?   Here is the recipe filmed and written below:     For 4.5 l of soup. We will need: 3.5 l of water 4 potatoes a quarter of an average celery a parsnip 3 carrots an onion a pepper salt pepper oil 330 ml of tomato juice 200 ml tomato sauce 450 ml of borscht greenery (parsley) optional: vegetable made by mother (canned vegetables) optional: noodles   First, we put the water in the pot and boil it. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them to boil in the pot. Heat the oil in the pan. Chop the onion, put it to harden in the pan, and then put in the blender (or you can chop by hand), one by one, the vegetables. During the mincing, put them in the pan over the onion, mix with 50 ml of water and cover the pan. In general, I start chopping first the vegetables that are hardest to cook, celery, then parsnips, carrots, and finally diced peppers. After we have finished chopping all the vegetables and put them in the pan, let them cook and optional add canned vegetables. Then, put salt and pepper...

French Toast

Hello my dears! This week at "Wednesday's Recipe" I suggest you to prepare together French Toast. French Toast is so easy to make and it is extremely delicious. I personally remember my childhood when I eat them. I loved to consume it with jam or „zacusca” or eggplant salad. Yes, they can be eaten with something sweet or something salty.   Here is the recipe filmed, and it is written below:       We will need: (For 4 slices of bread) 3 eggs 50 ml of milk a pinch of salt oil / butter 4 slices of bread     Toppings Cheese Jam Maple syrup / honey You can eat them with what you like best.   In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them well (as for an omelet). Then add the milk and a pinch of salt and mix. (if you want to eat them with just something sweet, you can add a vanilla essence).   Put the oil or butter in the pan, let it heat up. Meanwhile, take a slice of bread and soak it in the composition. After it has soaked well, put the slice of toast in the pan. And we are careful to fry well on both sides. I don't put much oil in the pan, but if you use more oil, put a napkin on the plate on which you take the bread out of the pan to absorb it.   Next you play as you want with the toppings. After toasting two slices of bread, I like to put cheese and let it soften in the pan.   That would...

Tuna Pasta

Hello my dears, this week at Wednesday's Recipe, I propose to you to cook together Pasta with Tuna and red sauce. It is an extremely simple recipe, but one that I simply adore. I discovered it when I was first in Italy and since then I cook it almost every time I want to spoil myself and my friends. I was 14 when I first cooked it, so you can imagine it's nothing complicated.   Here is the recipe filmed and explained, and written below:   For 2 servings (generous) / 3 servings We will need:   250 grams of Spaghetti Pasta Two cans of tone An onion three cloves of garlic 350 ml of tomato sauce 200 ml of red sauce 200 grams of mushrooms (I used champignon) Salt Pepper Oil Oregano Basil Parmesan     First, we boil water for pasta. Add a little salt to the pot, and when the water starts to boil add the pasta and let it boil as much as it says in instructions written on the package. Meanwhile, heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped onion and chopped garlic. We leave them to harden. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add them to the pan. We let them cook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the tuna, meanwhile mix in the pan and after 2 minutes add the tomato sauce and red sauce. (I like pasta with a lot of sauce). Then add oregano and basil, to taste. Let the sauce boil and stir from time to time in...

Pancakes

Hello my dears, I'm glad to see you again on Wednesday's recipe. This week I propose to do something good and sweet together. Fluffy pancakes, American pancakes, the eternal pancakes we always see in movies. I confess that I fell in love with them when I was in America and since then I have been wondering how I can do them too. I discovered this recipe and I want it to share it with you. Here you have the recipe filmed and explained, and it is written below:     We will need: 250 grams of flour 300 ml of milk 3 tablespoons sugar (I used coconut sugar) a pinch of salt a baking powder 3 tablespoons oil 2 eggs For topping (to taste):   Maple syrup Sweety Strawberries Bananas Nutella   In a larger bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt powder. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites. In another bowl, mix the yolks, then add the milk and oil. Combine the two mixtures (flour and milk, egg yolks and oil). Then add the egg white foam, mix lightly so as not to break the foam and the composition is ready. Heat the pan, take half full ladle   and make some small, fluffy pancakes. At the end we decorate them as we like. Good appetite. If you liked the recipe, please share this article with the person you would like to enjoy the pancakes. See you next Wednesday!  ...
