Whipped Feta with Baked Tomatoes (Greek Taste Recipe)

Hello dears, I'm so glad to see you again for a new recipe on Wednesday. We have already started to make our holiday plans and of course we will arrive in Greece this summer as well, because it seems to me not to be missed. I adore it, it's too wonderful! If we are talking about Greece and are greedy for Greek food, you can already find the recipe for saganaki shrimp on the YouTube channel, so let's make a whipped feta with baked tomatoes! It's a combination that will surely turn your back on you! Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   You'll need: 200 g feta a tablespoon of cream cheese 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt a teaspoon of honey 3 cloves of garlic 200 g cherry tomatoes juice of 1/2 lemon 50 ml olive oil fresh mint leaves salt chilli flakes   Put the cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper in a pan. Mix well and put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. We put in the blender feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, a teaspoon of honey, garlic cloves, lemon juice, mint leaves (we keep a few for decoration), 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Blend everything well and get a delicious cream that we put on the plate and decorate with olive oil, mint leaves and ripe tomatoes. Enjoy with pita, bread or whatever you want! Good appetite! How to make your own vegetable / plant milk (Cashew and Oat Milk Recipe)

Hello dears, I am very happy to come to you this week with a recipe that I am convinced will be useful to you! I know you've been waiting for her for a while, now it's her turn. Especially since we are fasting for Easter and there are many of you who are fasting, but also for those who have long since given up animal milk. You will not be able to believe how easy, fast and cheap it is to make this milk at home. I'm sure that once you try the recipe once, you will never buy plant milk from the store again. Today I chose to make Caju milk (which has the same principle as Almonds but I prefer Caju because it is sweeter) and Oat milk. We have two alternatives, a slightly more expensive one (cashew milk) and an extremely cheap one (oat milk), even so the price does not compare if you bought it directly from the store. Let me not add that it is made by you and has only innocent ingredients for you and your loved ones. Here is the filmed recipe, and below I leave all the details.   For Cashew Milk we need:   150 g Hydrated Cashew (leave it in the water for at least 2 hours) sweeten with a tablespoon of honey / maple syrup / agave syrup / a date (depending on taste) a pinch of salt a liter of fresh water a drop of vanilla essence (optional)   For Oat Milk we need:   100 g oatmeal (one cup) sweeten with...

Blueberry and banana muffins

Hello dears, This week I come to you with the best muffin recipe. They are so fluffy, sweet and melt in your mouth, I am convinced that you will love them too. Today we make blueberry and banana muffins together (mention that you can replace blueberries with chocolate if you want). I leave here the filmed recipe and below you have all the details: For 12 muffins you need: 2 ripe bananas 1/2 cup blueberries or chocolate chips 80 g butter (you can also put oil) 2 eggs 70 g sugar a drop of vanilla essence 150 g of flour a pinch of salt a sachet of baking powder   Melt the butter. Let it cool and then mix it in the mixer with the sugar. Then add the eggs and add the vanilla essence, salt powder and crushed bananas. Mix well and add flour and baking powder. Add the blueberries, which you powder with flour so that they don't sink, and mix lightly with a spatula. We put the composition in shapes, we fill about 2/3 of the shape because they will grow. Preheat the oven and leave them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. At the end you can powder them with sugar, soak them in honey and decorate them with ground walnuts or simply enjoy them simple! They are absolutely delicious! Good appetite! If you like the recipe, I invite you to subscribe to my Youtube channel! Don't forget to ring the bell and share it with the person you would like to enjoy! See you next Wednesday! If you like the recipe, I invite...

Sfințișori/ Mucenici (Romanian Traditional Desert for 9th march)

Hello dears, I am very happy to see you again with a new recipe. Spring is coming! The trees sprout and bloom, the air smells of nature and everything around it seems to take on color. For me, spring means: snowdrops, martisoare and Saints / Martyrs. These are some traditional rolls that are made in romania for the 9th of march. Because I am from Botoșani, of course I come to you with a recipe for Moldovan martyrs. I adore them and I hope you like them too. I leave here the filmed recipe, and below you have all the details.     For 16 rolls you need: one kg of cake flour (good quality) 14 g of dry yeast 150 g of sugar 600 ml of lukewarm milk a drop of vanilla essence a pinch of salt 150 g butter at room temperature 4 yolks an egg to grease optional: orange / lemon drop   Grease them with honey and powder them with walnuts or You can syrup them with a syrup made of 4 tablespoons of sugar and 100 ml of water.   We put the milk on the fire to heat it, we add the vanilla essence (the milk must be warm, not hot, otherwise it will kill the yeast). Mix the flour with the sugar and yeast. Rub the yolks with the salt powder. We put them over the flour and mix. Then lightly pour the milk over half the amount of flour. Mix until all the flour is incorporated and you get a crust that you knead for 5-10 minutes. Then add the butter, one tablespoon at a time. When we have obtained a soft and elastic...
