You have the filmed recipe here, and below I give you all the details.
We will need:
For the tart dough:
- 250 g of flour
- 125 g of cold butter
- a cold egg
- 4 g of salt
- 2-3 teaspoons of cold water (from the fridge)
- or you can buy salted tart dough (as you like)
- For the filling we will need:
- 200 g Broccoli (can be replaced with asparagus or spinach)
- 200 g fresh salmon (raw)
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 100 g telemea (or feta) cheese
- 50 g parmesan
- a red onion
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the sauce:
- 180 ml of milk
- 180 ml of cooking cream
- a spoonful of flour (10 g of flour)
- 3 eggs
- salt
- pepper to taste
- decorate with fresh rosemary
First we make the dough.
We have to mix the flour with the butter. Crumble the butter into the flour with your fingers, add the salt and the egg.
Depending on how the dough binds, add 2-3 teaspoons of ice-cold water.
After obtaining the dough, put it in the cold for at least 30 minutes.
Then we take it out and make the base of the quiche.
We put it in a tray and put it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. (we put a baking sheet with beans on top of the dough so that it does not swell.
When it’s ready, let it cool.
Meanwhile we prepare the filling.
We clean and chop the onion, put it in the oven. We leave it until it becomes soft.
Boil the broccoli. We boil water with salt and when the water boils, we put it in a pot and leave it for 5-6 minutes.
When it’s ready, cut it into pieces.
Dice the fresh salmon and cut the smoked salmon into strips.
We prepare the sauce.
We mix cooking cream with milk, flour and eggs, salt and pepper.
Grate the parmesan on the base of the dough.
Add the fresh salmon, smoked salmon, broccoli and onion. We try to place everything evenly.
Crumble the cheese and then pour the obtained sauce.
Put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
At the end, decorate with rosemary and enjoy!
We will get a miracle!
Happy Hollidays!
Good appetite!
