Brownies
Hello, my dears!
This week on Wednesday’s Recipe we will cook together Brownies!
It’s the first cake I’ve ever made in my life, so I discovered my passion for cooking.
It is an extremely simple and delicious recipe! It is perfect to impress your guests, but also your loved ones. The good part is that the preparation time is very short.
Here is the filmed recipe, and it is written below:
For a tray with a diameter of 28 cm.
We will need:
- A butter pack
- 4 egg whites
- 50 grams of cocoa
- 450 grams of sugar (I used coconut sugar)
- 600 grams of white wheat flour
- a sachet of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- a teaspoon of vinegar
- 100 ml of water
Put the butter in a pot to melt. After the butter has melted, put sugar and cocoa on top, mix until the sugar melts. Then put 100 ml of water, mix and leave the pot on the fire until it boils.
Then put the pot aside and pour into a cup about 200 ml of the composition obtained (we will use it at the end as a glaze).
Beat the beaten egg whites.
Incorporate the composition of the pot with the egg whites. Then add the flour, mix well. We put the baking powder that we extinguish with a teaspoon of vinegar.
Put the composition in the pan and put the pan in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. (after 15 minutes check if it is done, put a toothpick in the center of the cake, if it is dry it means that it is ready, if it is wet, it means that it must be left to bake).
Once it is ready, take it out of the oven, pour the icing over it and it is ready to serve.
You can serve it hot with a cup of ice cream, or cold. Depending on your preference.
Good appetite!
Don’t forget to share this recipe with the person you would love to enjoy!
